Sometimes the downloads can be found at archive.org. But archive.org usually does not make a copy of every page of a site. And some sites do not give download access to guests, which is the only way archive.org would be able to make a copy. For some sites that have left, the owners of the sites gave permissions to other sites to host their downloads. But that is not the case for those two sites.
